Use root to get V3 enabled

Once you have followed the Note 7 root tutorial put out by OnThe7thDayBOOM
Root Note 7

You can enable v3.

The process is simple

As you can see I do not have v3 enabled

I root the phone, and double check it worked

Then you open the shield and press the "Shield V3 with root" switch. It will prompt for root access

After the restart I can now manage packages. :)
