My note seven has been hit with an update that doesn't all my note to charge again is there any way I can by pass this update and get my note to start charging again i have like 20% battery life left

I had to put my phone in airplane mode a few times just to get the shield on before the update forced itself on

I'm not super techie with my phone so please forgive me for the lack of knowledge. I just love the note 7. My phone has gotten the last update and will not charge anymore. if that's the case, how would he go about rolling back the firmware to an earlier version?
