I was recently refered to Alliance Shield X and I was amazed that I had never heard of it before. I have been using CCSWE App Manager, including paying for it multiple times when it's Knox license was revoked. For that reason I would like to replace CCSWE with Alliance Shield X, but CCSWE has several features that Alliance Shield X is lacking, unless I haven't found them.

One major task I use CCSWE for, besides disabling apps, is disabling startup for apps I don't use often (I find it pointless to prolong boot because games I seldom play want to start themselves.) CCSWE can list all startup apps. It also shows which preferences (or receivers, as CCSWE calls them) need to be disabled to stop the app from starting by itself (and they aren't always as obvious as RECIEVE_BOOT_COMPLETED) . CCSWE shows by an icon next to the app if the startup receivers have been disabled. CCSWE will let me add all the apps that I have disabled the startup for to a favorites list, so I can keep track of them.

Alliance Shield X will let me disable these preferences, but it provides no indication if a permission is enabled or disabled. Is there any chance of functions such as these being added to Alliance Shield X?

As OP says, I come feom using CCSWE, which I paid for, twice, I gladly did, but as it stopped working a third time, I just gave up on it, some days ago I read in XDA about this app, alliance shield, that works just fine! As OP said, I only miss the tight control ccswe gave without totalling disabling an app entirely, anyway, thanks a lot for this absolutey useful tool

Can someone explain to me why package disabling apps are allowed in the play store but not with Samsung being that it runs android?

This shit is beyond dumb people.

Not looking good for this kind of attitude to me.

Samsung controls what people do with their Knox technology.

Same way Video game companies don't allow cheat apps even though it runs windows.

There are currently 250+ devices registered to that account from users all over the world.

It looks like a shared account.

We do have secret codes. No way to view them all at once, but open an app in the app manager and you can see if that app has any codes.
