/system/bin/tune2fs is missing

It might be helpful to know what is your exact samsung model / carrier and firmware release.
There are lots of reports around the web that this happened after upgrading serveral samsung phones from Android 9 to 10.
Did you do someting like that?
Also some reports say that the message has no impact to the device, so it can be ignored, while others have issues like bootloops, freezing apps etc. Did it cause any of such problems for your device?

I had and issue, yes. in my notification panel, i tried to turn bluetooth off and wifi off, but none of the icons were responding. i then decided to restart my android and i got stuck in a bootloop. i then got into recovery and it gave me the tune2fs error.
Yes, i did upgrade to android 10. here is my system info:
Android Version: 10
API Level: 29
Android Security Patch Level: 2020-11-01
Rooted: No
Bootloader: T510XXU3BTK1
device: gta3xlwifi
