Has for me, I registered some few minutes ago. Then wanted to sign-in into app after successful login on web. But from app it often retuned this error : There was an error(You have too many devices on your account. Would you like to open account settings to delete unused devices?). To me, I thought first this might be, because I didn't sign-out from web but only for me discovered after I followed to delete and a device was registered Samsung M31 on my account which I'm not familiar with. This wasn't my device.
Please I need help cause I can't delete this device from my account

You're trying over and over to login with a deprecated version. Read and understand the message you get and update the app to the current version.
Repeated unsuccessful attempts to log in lead to a temporary ban.
