When I login can't(Alliance Shield x) see `knox` optional. I can't click the knox check button. even I log out relogin. can't see it. anyone know why?

Probably your device does not have Knox. Not all Samsung devices have it.
What is your device model?

The A20s does not have Knox. That's why you can't activate it.

Is it really the exactly same device model? Let's say your friend has an A20 (this HAS Knox), and you have an A20s (which has NO Knox).
A simple "s" at the end of the device model makes the difference... Same with A10 and A10s, and many others.

Even if it's exactly the same, Knox may be broken for several reasons: Bootloader has been unlocked, custom rom has been installed, device has been rooted before. Even if someone would reverse those actions, Knox is gone forever.

Also a Knox crash for first try to activate can remove the option. This usually happens if Samsung's Knox activation servers can't be reached during activation process. (e.g. no internet or a weak internet connection, a firewall).
Samsung's servers need full access during the activation process.

The play store version doesn't have Knox and if you have One UI 7 it won't work :(
