First and foremost, I'd like to thank the people who made unlocking email authentication possible. Now I'm able to use the phone I bought from a scamme that was locked after factory resetting. Now, to the matter at hand.
After successfully bypassing, installing Alliance app, removed email authentication, and removed the Google play store, the next day I received a notification for software update. I don't remember reading it on instructions about being able to update software or not. I can pause the download but I cannot remove it from my notifications when swiping from top screen down. I tried hiding notification but it does not allow me to. Should I be concerned and leave it as is, or is it safe to continue with the software download??

If you have Knox use the Shield to stop updates. (top right icon main screen) if no Knox Device Owner can stop it also.CenCal wrote: Fri Apr 08, 2022 2:25 am First and foremost, I'd like to thank the people who made unlocking email authentication possible. Yes the Shield being green should prevent updates. Try to check for an update and if you have Knox it should say it can't. If you have device owner the option shouldn't be there.CenCal wrote: Thu Apr 14, 2022 6:33 amRRiVEN wrote: Wed Apr 13, 2022 4:51 pmIf you have Knox use the Shield to stop updates.
