I have an Samsung a8 sm_530w and can't get by Google account. Bought it off a friend and he isn't answering me anymore. Can you help

If he is your friend, and you know he used the phone, he will help you when he's available...
If he sold you a random phone, then it's probably stolen and he's not your friend.

I have a foxxd T8 tablet that is asking me for a Google account I bought it of some homeless guy everytime I download a app to bypass from it will download but it won't open how can I bypass please help
