So I am able to get to step 31 where I have to select "MTP+ADB" and I am unable to get the pop-up window to select USB Debugging to pop up. All that shows when I click "MTP+ADB" is that exact phrase at the Bottom of the screen and when I go back to check if it's connected, it is not checked. "MTP" alone remains checked.

What could be the problem here?

We don't officially support FRP bypass.. Others can help you.
