Canadian note 7 phone only charging to 15%

Hello: I have a Note 7 from Canada (Wind mobile) that only charge to 15% with wifi deactivated from Samsung. I tried to ODIN but missing the Canadian version of firmware. I was reading the HydraRom v.1.4.5 solution posted by Tkkg1994, but don't understand the steps as I am not a techie. I have downloaded the hydrarom zip file, but don't know how to use it. I also downloaded this BL_N930FXXU2BPJ8_CL9450328_QB11317809_REV00_user_low_ship.tar.md5, but again don't know which software to unpack this. Help?

Do you really have a N930F od N930FD??? Those phones have an eynos processor, and in Canada almost all phones are snapdragon versions. Hydra ROM won't work with them at all.

If you have a snapdragon you can try to flash an earlier stock ROM instead, to get 100% back.
