hey my knox is not detected please fix issue

can you please fix this knox issue alliance has with the knox being able to be detected i paid for 4kay android unlocker and i used up 3 phones on one damn phone and i still havnt got the phone unlocked can you please help me asap thank you

The Shield is free, so it sounds like you got ripped off. The phone is frp. Locked from my daughter she can't remember the account name and password so she hard reset the phone and now it's in FRP. Lock and it is secured by Knox and when I try to turn it on it tells me no package found. Can you help me please
