Can i uninstall shield x after packages are disabled?

New to this forum, and didn't find this anywhere else.. I just have a quick question just did an adb push on my tmobile note 7 and i was just wondering can I uninstall shield x or does it have to always run in the background? Just slightly concerned with it having admin rights on my device..thank you for your time.

If you disabled packages or anything with the app, then after you uninstall it all of your setting (disabled packages, firewall settings, ect...) will be lost. and if you do not have adblock or firewall on, it will almost never run in the background.

Since this device does not have Knox, you have the option to set the shield app as device owner or root your device.
Then you can use the app manager feature of the shield.

I can't disable it from being admin app. I can't uninstall it for some reason my nuts no longer works even though my model number is on the list of current so I can't uninstall I can't use Knox I can't reset my phone to factory it's really pissing me off I've changed my past weeks I've removed the device from the profile.
