charging only 30% please help

Hello. I have a samsung galaxy note 7 which has the following software : Baseband : N930FXXU3BPL1 Build : N930FXXU3BPL2 The battery is only charging at 30%, this is the limit. I tried to use the Solid Explorer method but it didn’t work. I’m interested in downgrading the phone, but i couldn’t find a close OFW to it. Can you please help me? Thanks in advance. Note : I haven’t and don’t want to trip KNOX on the phone at all.

Because of the firmware you have, it is best to root the phone and install a custom rom so that you can charge to 100% again. Even though it will trip Knox, it is your best option. Unfortunately we have not yet found a solution to help those that are 30% to go back to 100% battery without rooting the phone. When we do find that solution we will let people know. We are hard at work looking for that info.

I think to bring back to 100% full battery Its To PUT THE FIRST FIrmware ON the NOTE 7 . And never do Update to the Phone ..

can anyone help me here i have the same firmware and whislts trying to downgrade the phone it stuck in recovery been doing everything to recover it be it wont work even smartswitch just closes each time i enter phone detail in order to use the recovery function any help will be highly appreciated thanks also any link for the this firmware N930FXXU3BPL2

Firmware starting with "N930F" is for exynos based models (N930F) only. It will NOT work with snapdragon models that usually sold in US.

What's the exact model type you have and who is your carrier?

i have the n930fd it the dual sim variant i managed to get it working so now i am back to 30% flashing N930FXXU3APL4 i have all file and also the combination file if anyone need it i can charge 100% when combination file is installed but can only go upto 30% when the 4 files are installed anyway to get the 100% using combination and factory rom ?

Don't konw about N930FXXU3APL4 only know N930FXXU3BPL4. If the BPL is installed there are no reports that downgrading to an earlier stock rom would be possible. Best way to get rid of the limitation is to flash custom recovery (like TWRP) / root / custom recovery (like Hydra).
