I had found this forum before Christmas on my backup phone, and left the page open after i joined. However, now that i have time to work on the Note7, i cannot get it or my laptop to successfully login. I just really started using the forum this evening, but appears that I have the minimum required posts. I used the "password reset" fxn, but have not yet received an email with the new password. Didn't know if it is a human-driven process (which by the looks of the forum, everyone is quite busy) or an automated response for the new password

Please check your spam folder and report back. I had to disable email activation upon making a new account because no one was checking their spam box to see. Sometimes gmail and other providers are finicky and block and filter non-spam mail.

a) you have 3 posts
b) you're posting in the wrong forum
c) there's a video tutorial on how to install this app.

I apologize in advance for the many questions, and by no means am I spamming. My other user name is shaushshaush, and I had 15 post, and was active forum member here for a few weeks and receive much help before. I looked at the video over a dozen times and follow the instructions to the letter, and my issue remained at the signin, is constantly told me my signin was incorrect and i am 100% sure everything was correct.

I am nervous because in just a few days Samsung is going to drop the hammer and i NEED to make sure my phone is protected. So thats why i asked if i need to reverse everything the debloater did before this will work.

Ah @shawn.foot-man sorry about that, didn't know it was you. We've been having a lot of spam and new user accounts created just to up post so I've been using a standard template to reply of "don't spam blah blah"

Let me look into this for you.

Have you tried resetting your password on your previous account?

Thats cool, I was able to get a facebook account and it worked fine for me.

Alright. Which account will you be using from here on out? Please use whatever account you use to log into the shield to post here as well (when you do).

We don't allow double-accounts here (unless you have an issue and need to create one)

Once our system does a sweep of dupe IPs, it may get deactivated. So, which account name will you be using from here on out?
