So I did everything as instructed on this website's tutorial for the Verizon update blocker, I just wanna know that it was successful before I plug my SIM card back into it and begin using it fully again.

The only thing that concerns me is that, when I ran the CMD prompt, there was an extra indented line in the code, contrary to what the post's capture screen showed. It still said "All done!" at the bottom of it, but I just want to make sure.

Run it again and send me a screenshot of your outcome. I'll let you know if went through successfully.

I'm not exactly sure how to upload an image here (if possible) but I posted it on imgur.

Yay! Thank you!!!

I just have one last question...will this stop me from being blocked from the service if/when this happens in the US?

No, this only prevents Samsung from pushing firmware updates to your Note 7.

Will rooting my phone solve the network thing?

It could if you were couple that with changing you IMEI numbers on your Note 7.

As for right now, I believe only N930F and N930fd can only be rooted. I have been seeing multiple people trying to do an IMEI change without the need of rooting. If the community confirms a working method, I'm pretty sure it will be stickied on the main page
