New message "an update is available" now appears when opening shield! I believe we are good people~

Hello all,

Just as the title states. I have had the shield now for a hour and tested intermittently, and just now a new message popped up when opening the app. "an update is available". I believe this to be the dreaded brick carriers are sending out, and if so, the shield has blocked it!! Yay!!

I will be able to confirm in the morning, but for now, I sleep easy.

Hehe from what it sounds like the Shield is working for people whos carrier has pushed the update.

That notice you are getting when opening the Shield is an update for the Shield though =)

I know the Alliance team is busy keeping an eye on any updates that may be coming from the carriers and/or Samsung but is there a change log for Alliance Shield V0.5.7 that came out this morning?
