Quick question here...

Is anybody having difficulty backing up their Note 7 with Samsung Smart Switch? I've tried multiple times and the program gets stuck on backing up contacts for over 20 minutes, and I don't even have that many contacts.

There plenty off apps that you can use to not only backup apps but also general things like contacts, phone logs and you can send your backup to your SD card or Drive. One app that I use is simply called App Backup Restore - Transfer from Apex Apps.

I was able to backup to an sd card through the smart switch program on the phone.
