The Note 7 Alliance were victorious in this battle against the Note 7 Rebels! Jay Boss took down the stolen content he took from us because of the DMCA Takedown claim brought to his web hosting site. This is proof that reporting Jay Boss’ unethical actives to the authorities works! If you have been wronged by his practices, please notify his hosting site at [email protected]
Below, I have attached the conversation I had with Jay about the stolen content and the emails with his web hosting site. I blocked our personal information like phone number and address. At the end of the email you will see that Jay admitted that he stole the content from us because he believes that he is allowed to do so under “Fair Use.” Daniel has already filed a counterclaim against those allegations and we will be updating you guys once we get a response from the hosting site.
Jay keeps calling John racists. These remarks have no bases. This goes without saying, John is not a racists. I have come to know John professionally and personally. He has never been discriminatory towards me or anyone. Jay’s has a guilty conscious and perpetuating his feelings onto John. John is a helpful giving person and most importantly, my friend. I am honored to be by his side.
