I think they did i had the shield active but for some reason i cant connect to a mobile network

Im connected again but only through 3g after i factory reset i have flashed The old firmware To Get to 100% battery then downloaded Thatch shield app everything was fine for Two days then last night i got connectivity issues got it now to 3g only no lte

Wow so they're really going to murder the connection smh... I just order the Samsung Galaxy c9 pro just incase I'm done with sprint

I had similar issues when i flashed my phone. Did you use the csc file? Or the home-csc file? If you used the home-csc file, is flash again with all 4 files but instead use the original csc file. It should reset everything. Lte radio... any other functionality that may be acting up..

I don't know where you could go which is not displaying a similar mentality. At this point, you cannot take your business to another character in an effort to punish another with your wallet, as they all have the propensity to do what the other did, which made you leave in the first place. You may as well stay with Sprint.

I also Get disconnected From The mobile network constantly It goes out for like 60 secs then back on

I believe there should be 5 files. Can you tell me what you have?

Did you flash your firmware To Get 100% battery At All And Did you download Any updates recently

I would try a factory reset. Back up your data, and follow the instructions on how to install the shield from a restart so you can be protected before you are online.

I am having a similar issue with my LTE and 3g. But I am using a T-mobile card on a Verizon firmware.
I can texted, call, voicemail and wifi. Any ideas to flash a new modem for T-mobile.
