Lag issues

Hello everyone. I've been using my note for about 3 months now & I've notice it having a lag issues every so often. I use device maintenance to clear cache & I don't have a ton of random apps downloaded. I have it set to auto restart every Sunday but sometimes the lag is so annoying I have to restart it to get the phone working blazingly fast again. I just downloaded trepn & startup manager but idk what all I need to do from here to reduce the lag. Any suggestions would be appreciated thank you!

Yes, you have too many things disabled which is why you are having issues with your phone. place your phone on airplane mode, enable all packages and only disable:
com.sec.android.soagent
com.ws.dm
take your phone off of airplane mode and then restart. try your phone like that for few days.
