After successfully downloading the firmware, I am getting a pop up message on my home screen saying the process has stopped. The pop up does not go away even if I reboot the phone. Can you please advise what to do as I am now unable to even use my phone

You are supposed to download the firmwear on your pc not phone.Did you download it on you phone?
