Sprint N7 not charging with green shield.

I installed the shield in Saturday. Earlier today i received a text from sprint saying that my phone wouldnt work and i had to exchange it today. Now my phone isnt charging and im down to 37%. I have the green shield in the top left corner of my phone. Can anyone help?

did you have the shield installed before the update? I had the shield installed since last Friday and had now issues. Phone charging to 100% got a text from sprint and ping from Samsung and have no issues. You should try flashing to the old firmware and see if that helps.

I had some issues and just restarted phone and all was good

Factory resetting The Phone worked for me

Thanks for the quick respnses everyone. Restarting the phone did the trick. And now systems are operational again! Phone ia charging with no problens.
