Looking for anyone who DL the kill update but didn't install it

That's exactly what I did, i followed the instructions to the letter.Catwoman wrote:7868 You needed to turn off automatic updated before turning on your Wifi so that it won't download the update again.

****UPDATE****
So I followed the instructions once again, and so far I have successfully removed the "Kill update." Only thing I did differently was that I put the Shield on my desktop, and instead of turning on the my WiFi and downloading it, I only had to turn on my WiFi in order to sign in to my Note7Alliance account. So far I'm off of Airplane mode, and have yet to install my SIM card. The last time I did this I had no network service, only WiFi and basic phone and text service but no online web/online services. I'm still confused about inserting my SIM card, it seems that without it I will not have phone service.
