I'm not saying they never will charge me the balance, but I have told them on a phone conversation that *I* recorded, and in chat, and in another phone call to GO AHEAD AND CHARGE ME FOR THE PHONE. But I want it itemized on my bill that this is exactly what I'm being charged for... I kept it. I'll pay for it. I understand some people think they should just get a free phone because of all the trouble. I understand that, and I kind of feel that way, too. But I would like to clear up the legal matter of ownership.me1byte wrote:8339 guess what guys, Verizon can do anything they want like charging for the phone in till somebody challenges then in court. who has big bucks for a lawyer? when I get charged the phone goes back. anybody get charged yet?
But still, they haven't charged me for the phone... it's all so crazy, it's hard to tell. And for all the people that are going to start saying, "It's illegal!!!", well maybe it is. But folks, you're naive if you believe that doing something illegal matters to a carrier as big as Verizon...
