On Verizon, does anyone happen to know if another 4G LTE device can share its data connection with a hotlined device via mobile sharing/hot spot?

If you've working wifi with your note 7, you can put your sim card into the other device accepting your vzw card, activating mobile hotspot there and connect your note to this hotspot. You can use a voip app like skype then to make outgouing calls or you check sth. like this:

defining the other device as phone and the note as tablet...
