I was thinking a way to restore Google/Samsung backups after having disabled the interested packages and I was wondering if a factory reset would then enable them again or not? [emoji53]

Yes it would. Use this tutorial if you decided to factory reset your phone:

Hmmm OK so is there any alternative way to run the Google data backup restoration AFTER the initial setup?

No when you turn on the device and start choosing the language, the time and then if you want to do a Google backup restore.

And you know we can't turn on the Wi-Fi/mobile data until we block those packages. [emoji38]

OK, but then how?

Right now I am giving a look at the Backup & Restore section and there's no chance to run a Google data restore from there... [emoji53]

Google does not back those things, your android system does. Install Samsung Smart Switch for your PC and back up your phone. After you factory reset then you can restore it and everything will be back to the way it was. This includes alarms, calendar, phone calls log, etc.

Ok so I guess using Samsung Cloud is the same thing as it backups everything I can think of. :)

Thanks.

I have not tested backing up and restoring with Samsung cloud but I would imagine it would be just as effective. but don't quote me, lol
