Even for possibly rooted qualcomm n7 devices there is no known custom rom.
They are only available for exynos based devices yet.

still waiting for a way to root as well. Only version i've seen so far are for the Exynos SOC. Hoepfully someone can figure this out and share it.

same here, got t-mobil to finally give me a refund for the note 7 but they were 2 scared and refused to take the phone back in store, so i got a spare device to play with

He has a first batch white battery device, never updated.
For these devices the Sprint userdebug rom method will work.
