My Note 7 is currently locked down to a 15% charge. It has been updated with the latest OTA firmware.
Question is can I go all the way back and use this guide to disable the 15% charge limit?

You can try to downgrade using Odin. I rwad on XDA for some users its failing but worth a shot.

There is no downgrade to a firmware with lower baseband version. You can check the 9th character of the firmware term.
The one you will flash can't be lower than that you already have at the device.
