Hi all, I've just rooted my note 7 and tried to install Hydra ROM via TWRP. The installation takes a few seconds (first symptom) and states a successful install. Then when I restart it auto boots into recovery (second symptom). Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Many thanks

@Note7buddy: Did you make a full wipe in TWRP before you tried to flash Hydra ROM?

It should work with this device and ROM. However, some reported problems doing this, but seems that those problems can be fixed, even if it sounds a liitle bit like try and error. The bootloader ist not locked by the 30% update, but seems to be tampered.

If you discover problems while trying to flash TWRP, try the following options then:

1: repeat the flash after you get FAIL. Some users needed 12 or more tries before they got PASS
even if you got PASS: if TWRP doesn't work properly and you fall back to standard recovery, try agian

2. if your phone won't be recognized by ODIN:
bring phone to download mode in recovery while NOT being connected to your PC or notebook
start ODIN, load TWRP to flash in ODIN and start fash process while NOT being connected to your PC or notebook yet
after flash is started connect your phone o your PC or notebook and wait for flash process to complete
