While the 60% limit could be removed by downgrading, the 0% limit can't.slsphabmixay wrote: Tue Apr 11, 2017 1:01 am my note 7 was kill any one help? my Baseband version is N930AUCS3APL2 i can't find firmware to download for AT&T. i follow the 60% limit charge to 100% it was fail test on odin because for att firmware that download here is N930AUCS2APHE but my firmware isN930AUCS3APL2.
The firmware you have now is a baseband 3 (you can see it as 9th character of firmware is a '3'), and downgrading to a lower baseband like '2' is prevented by Samsung by burning an E-Fuse.
Only international versions of Note 7 with Exynos processor can circumvent this installing a custom ROM. For snapdragon variants like you AT&T model there's no such solution yet.

You can only downgrade within the same baseband 2, not from 3 to 2 or from 2 to 1. Downgrading to a firmware in lower baseband is blocked by e-fuse.
For example, the last Firmware with 100% battery charging ability was baseband 2 as well as the firmware with the 60% limit.
This way you could revert the 60% limit to 100%. But the 0% update is baseband 3, so no way back to 60% or 100%.

That's why we provide the apps and methods to protect the notes from the kill update before it can hit the device.slsphabmixay wrote: Thu Apr 13, 2017 2:42 am ah ok thank you so in my case my note 7 is completely kill no way to bring it back to life right so i have to sent to samsung.
However, you've the option to carry a power bank with you all the time as external power source, though it's not very comfortable.
