I did everything as was stated.
Everything is now on PI4.
But, I still have no Green Battery, No battery past 60%, and Now I'm getting the old warning (non 60%).
Anyone else have this issue?

I also followed the instructions as well ( Note 7 Tmobile), mine is still restricted at 60% and it's still getting the "URGENT UPDATE" message from Samsung. What do I do?

The first notification is harmless. It is just annoying pop you will get from time to time just like a txt message. That is not the update.
The second pop people get if that have the white battery. To get rid of it you need to use a specific version of Good Lock App. Here are the instructions:

Okay. I'm I all set then? And how do I verify that I'll be exempt from the update?
P.S: Thanks for you help so far anyway.
