I don't know why but my N7 with Rogers is kinda working again. I put my SIM card in there and it seems to be working on ext. Every now and the it gets knocked out but i just restart it and away it goes again

I just pulled my Note 7 out of storage and checked it's IMEI and it looks like Rogers/Samsung didn't blacklist the IMEI to prevent network usage altogether. Maybe it's just some sort of temporary blocks put in place?

I pulled my sim of Videotron to my N7 - nothing, it still can't register in network. I think to try to unlock it and try with another network... is anyone unlocked his note 7? Can you recommend a service?
