Can't enable Google Duo

I installed Alliance Shield a few months ago on my (not rooted) Samsung S21 Ultra and works great but for some reason I am unable to enable Google Duo after disabling it. Whenever I enter the app settings on Alliance Shield I click on the Enable button and the status changes to Enabled. But when I exit and enter again the status shows "Prevented". Anyone knows what I could be doing wrong? I have Active Shield X 0.7.36

UPDATE: I actually just realized that none of the apps I have Disabled can be Enabled. Admin, Owner & Knox are green on the app. The app is enabled as admin. I disabled the apps trough Alliance Shield. I used to have CCSWE but un installed it and removed all the setting before installing Alliance Shield.

UPDATE 2: I ended up fixing the issue by going to Settings and going trough the setup again and disabling and enabling Device Admin, Knox and Owner.
