This is a really problem always banned account and there is nothing how to fix ?

If your account would be banned you couldn't even login to this site.
It seems that the IP address you try to use for login with your mobile device is banned (at a global banlist) due to spamming, hacking or other unwanted activities in the past.
Try to deactiavate Wi-Fi and use cellular mobile data only.
Or use another hotspot, cause that seems to be the problem.
