Trying to uninstall shield. It won't let me disable device admin to uninstall. Tried even in safe mode. Enable device admin is on and can't be turned off(turn off is greyed out)
Any help is appreciated

It's a bug we're aware of and currently working on a fix but until then you can disable via ADB with:
pm disable-user com.rrivenllc.shieldx
followed by
pm uninstall com.rrivenllc.shieldx
don't know what adb is?

Can't do adb as USB debugging is greyed out. I am thinking it is because of secure charging enabled on the app. App won't let me disable secure charging, days check admin status, which is on btw. I am screwed, isn't it?
