Hi Dev , i have a couple of questions , please help me out .

So , i used to have Alliance Shield installed on my device for about 1 years ago , for some reasons i uninstalled it , now i want to try the app again as i heard that it has many improvement , bugs fixes , and new features , i have no issue with the installation process , no issue when i register a new account as i forgot my old username , i even set the app as device owner , and as soon as i enter the app i notice that it does not have as many features as the previous version .
The stuff that i notice to be missings are :
- it does not have the KNOX toggle in the app settings
- it does not have adblock/firewall options
- In the app manager it does not have the options to Rename app , Prevent app from stop , etc .
- Probably more missings features that i haven't notice or forgot

So , my questions are :

- Why some features are missings ? Is it because of samsung revoking the KNOX license ? From what i've read on XDA , it says that Shield got the KNOX license back but not allowed to use them for disabling , therefore only Device Owner works for disabling apps , is that true ? (Correct me if i'm wrong about this one)

- Why can't i disable the app 'activities' ? Even after i set Alliance as a Device Owner , even to a 3rd party app that isn't really important for the phone system to work properly ? Does it need KNOX or Root to do so ?

- From what i have read that with Shield Rebirth the app will be able to use KNOX again ? What exactly this Shield Rebirth really is , a completely different app , experimental features or a paid services/features for those who have the ShieldPro account ?

- With Shield Rebirth & ShieldPro account will i get all the missings features from the previous version ? E.g KNOX , Adblock/Firewall , Rename app , Prevent app etc.

- I saw this " this device belongs to your organization " thing on my lockscreen & quick settings control panel , is it possible to remove this ?

Knox security key is not working in my Galaxy A73 5G mobile phone.Before worked,but now is not working.Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

All the features you are currently missing needed Knox to work. Read about the Knox issue here:

shield/knox-license/

With ShieldPro and Rebirth fix you can get the features back, as long as your device is not already on Android 13.

The message: " this device belongs to your organization " you get because you have set the app as device owner.

I'm on android 12 fortunately , so all i have to do is just upgrade my account to ShieldPro via in-app purchase right ?

Yes i know it is because i set the app as device owner , but is it possible to remove this message from my screen ?

When you made ypur payment, please join our discord and open a support ticket there to get access to ShieldPro.

For the message you may install Samsung's Good Lock app and use Lock Star there.
