I suggest using the newest method with solid explorer it worked for me and it stoped the annoying updates. However you will still see a icon saying there is a update.

Hancom Office seems to be some chinese office clone. First you can look at your installed apps and their permissions.flexxx228 wrote:8624 Re read the question I posted.. it's pertaining to an app on the phone ive never seen requesting to be updated
Did you Intentionally install this app? If not you may uninstall it. Or you can edit the permissions given to the app in app settings.
Sure you can block it using the shield, but why? To get rid of it, just uninstall.

Do find it in the apps list? What are the permissions granted for it?

Hancom Office Editor was preinstalled on my Verizon Note 7. You can disable it in your application manager.
